My social background has brought me listening skills and “no assumptions” attitude. As customer success manager I’ve developed and implemented a globally scalable high touch customer success process.

With my customer focused way of working, I believe in connections and engagements fro stakeholders and customers to your organisation. I’m always looking for ways to built on a community around an organisation.
– Analytics and reporting of Marketing and sales efforts
Analysis of customer and lead behaviours via Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems, surveys and software reporting tools to measure, report and optimise SEO related outcomes.
– E-commerce | Shopify | websites
Creation of Shopify shops, testing and support. Offering E-commerce based advertising and marketing services. I’m happy to help you with a Wix or Squarespace page also. No design skills included though.
– Project management
Known as being pragmatic and systemic whilst developing and running projects. Eye for detail in
event management processes for small and large scale events. Understanding the importance of
reporting and working with CRM systems to keep track of customer and lead engagements.
– Business administration
In case you need some additional help while I’m involved anyway, I’m also skilled in basic accounting (Xero), financial reporting, invoicing, budgets, payroll management, HR admin, business process development, board reporting, minute taking, office management.
