You decide whether to contact. If the job fits, you spend credits to make contact. If it doesn't, you move on. No charge, no penalty.
A maximum of 3 pros can contact any request. That means less competition per lead and a real chance of winning the work, not a race to the bottom.
Every lead shows you the full picture before you spend a single credit. No hidden details. No vague descriptions you have to chase down.

You only pay when you choose to
Seeing leads is free. Getting listed is free. There's no monthly subscription, no minimum spend, and no contract.
The only cost is credits, and you use them when you decide to contact a customer. You see the credit cost upfront, before you commit. After contact, you deal with the customer directly. What they pay you is yours. All of it.
If a lead doesn't work out (the customer doesn't answer, the number is invalid, or the request doesn't match your service), you can request a credit refund through your dashboard. We have a clear refund policy because we don't want you paying for dead leads.
